B.E. Koppman Pty Ltd has many experience in all facets of the construction and earth moving industry including specialist golf course work. I am a owner operator with 39 years experience in all aspects of the earthmoving industry, and have operated my own business for 32 years. For the past 12 years, I have been specialising in golf course refurbishment & all facets of green construction & shaping.

I am pleased to inform you that after many years of working with Peter Brown (formally superintendent) at the Lakes Golf Course Club, we can now offer a combination of experience that is second to none in golf course construction. Peter brings many years of turf management and construction experience to the team and heads out quality assurance for all our golf construction projects.

Over previous years we have done all the earthworks for Grant, Newton & Spencer - The Lakes (17 Greens), Castle Hill Country Club (14 Greens), Pymble (14 Greens), Pennant Hills (1 Green), Cromer (3 Greens).

Recently, we have constructed 7 Greens for East Maitland Golf Club & refurbished their wetlands; 2 Greens & 1 Tee at Toronto Country Club; 2 Greens at Merewether Golf Club. Braxton Golf Club - Practice putting green, Tee and bunker.

2006 Programme consists of major refurbishment at Strathfield Golf Course plus on going green constructions at Castle Hill, Asquith, East Maitland, Merewether, Braxton & Belmont Golf Clubs

We have a range of equipment at our disposal including;

• Komatsu excavator with a range of buckets including a 0 degrees to 130 degrees two-way tilt to provide detailed grading for bunker and greens sub-base shaping.
• Posi Track (Track Bobcat) 4 Tonne 110 H/P with 22 degree 6 in 1 Tilt bucket.
• Light weight John Deere tractor and york for final level finishing and smoothing.
• Roller and Rotary Hoe & Laser Level

Other equipment such as trucks and trenching machines are sub-contracted as required. We also offer surveying services and qualified carpentry for golf course structures such as timber retaining walls, steps etc. We carry all the appropriate insurance requirements.

We will also work in conjunction with Club Staff.
